Offline Written Assessment
Kindly note, Offline Written Assessment for Grade II – lX will be conducted on Saturday, 06-Dec-2025.
Below are the key details regarding the examination :
• Assessment Date: Saturday, 06-Dec-2025
• Time: 9:30 A.M – 11:00 A.M (Students must report by 9:15 A.M.)
• Venue: Blue Ridge Public School
Please ensure to bring necessary stationery for writing the assessment i.e. pencil/pen, eraser, set of crayons etc.
Please bring snacks and water for the child if needed.
Assessment will be for 1 hr 30 mins. Parents need to drop the child for assessment & pick up when assessment is over.

Step I: Form Submission
- Fill in the admission enquiry form.
- Received QR code to pay form processing fees of ₹. 1000/- on your register email id.
- After paying processing fees, online link to fill up the admission form will be sent on your register email id.
- Download the duly filled admission form and print it back-to-back on A4 paper, the form must be submitted in the school premises with supporting documents on the
day of interaction, without the hard copy of the form the interaction will not be conducted.
Documents required with the Application Form
- Self-attested Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
- Latest passport-size photo of the child (to be pasted on the form)
- Latest passport-size photo of both parents (to be pasted on the form)
- Self-attested photocopy of BRPS I-Card (if the sibling is from BRPS)
- Aadhaar card copy of the child & both parents (Self-attested)
- Passport-size photos already affixed on admission form — no extra copies required
Please note:
Grade II onward: Transfer Certificate, Progress Report copy and Grade I GR book
copy (document to be submitted on or before 31st May 2026).
Step II: Admission & Interaction Process
- Computer-based random selection will be conducted (where applicable).
- Shortlisted names will be displayed on the school notice board and website.
- Parents are requested to follow the instructions mentioned in the selection notice.
- Interaction with the child & parents will be scheduled with the Principal.
- Kindly note APAAR ID & PEN No. of the student to be submitted at the time of confirming the admission.
- Admission will be offered post successful interaction and verification of documents submitted during interaction.
Step III: Registration & Admission Confirmation
This is an online process.
After online registration, the parent must submit a hard copy of the form at school as
per given interaction schedule.

Important Information
- Annual Fees does not include:
a) School uniform, shoes, prescribed books, notebooks, stationery
b) Annual Day costume (if applicable)
c) Transport fee and Meal Charges (if opted) - Refund of fees, if applicable, will be as per the school’s Refund Policy.
