2. Payment process:

Kindly make the online fees payment on the parent portal for the A.Y. 2017-18 between 5th May to 20th May 2017 the website portal link is

MAY MONTH OFFICE TIMING: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.(Saturday, Sunday will be a holiday).

JUNE ONWARDS OFFICE TIMINGS: 8:30 am to 3.30 pm. (Monday – Friday and working Saturdays)

3. New Academic Year:2017-18

The new school year begins on Monday 5th June 2017 at 8:30am (For STD I to STD VII)

The first day will be a half day for all classes – Time 8:30 am to 11:30 am.

STD I only – Half- day working till Friday 9th June 2017 (8:30am to 11:30am)

Regular school hours from Monday, 12th June 2016 onwards (8.30 am to 2.30 pm)

STD II Onward- Regular school hours from 6th June 2017 (8:30am -2:30am)

Primary & Secondary
Admission Guideline for Pre-Primary

  • Collection of admission form from School’s Admin office.

  • Submission of duly completed admission form on stipulated date.

  • Getting appointment for an informative and interactive session with the Principal.

  • After interaction, get Admission confirmation slip from the Principal to pay the prescribed fees.

  • Fee payment on or before the stipulated date.

  • To confirm child’s admission, it is mandatory to submit the school challan copy, post payment, in administrative block on or before the stipulated date mentioned on the confirmation slip.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission for the A.Y 2016-17

For Nursery : Children born between 01.08.2012 to 31.07.2013 *

For Junior KG : Children born between 01.08.2011 to 31.07.2012 *

For Senior KG : Children born between 01.08.2010 to 31.07.2011 *

* (Both dates inclusive)

Documents to be submitted along with the admission form :

  1. One attested photocopy of the child’s birth certificate. Attestation by any Government Officer.
  2. Three passport size recent photographs of the child (of which one photograph to be pasted on the admission form).
  3. One passport size recent photograph each of the child’s father & mother (to be pasted on the admission form).

Please note :

  1. The admission form will not be accepted if any of the above mentioned documents are not submitted along with the admission form.
  2. Details of the admission process will be furnished along with the admission form.

Admission Guideline for Primary & Secondary


General Timeline

  1. Admissions for the new Academic Year usually begin in the month of Feb/Mar.
  2. Details about the same are generally finalized by the 2ndweek of December every year.

Timeline for A.Y 2017-18

  1. The Form sale for Std. I to Std. VIII will be on 9th, 10th and 11thMarch 2017 (for 3 days) between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  2. Admissions will depend on seat availability. Kindly confirm the same in the last week of February 2017.


STD I – A draw of lottery, from all the forms sold, is followed for admissions.

STD II to STD V – Lottery system is followed, if the number of applicants exceeds the number of vacancies.

STD VI to VIII – Written & oral assessment is conducted and merit base admissions are done.


STD I – Child born on or before 31/07/2011

STD II to Std VIII – The child should have successfully completed the previous academic year in the respective class from any recognized school (document proof required)

STD IX &X- Students coming from other CICSE affiliated schools only are admitted, against vacancies (document proof required).

Documents required:

To be submitted along with the duly filled admission form –

  1. A copy of the birth certificate of the student.
  2. One passport sized photograph of the child
  3. One passport sized photograph of each of the child’s parents.

To be submitted as directed :

STD I only:

(i) Laminated Original birth certificate (along with the fee challan post payment.)

(ii)A copy of the report card of the previous academic year. (By 15th April of the year)

STD II onward:

(i) School Leaving/Transfer Certificate of previous school attended.

(ii) Copy of the report card of the previous academic year.

(Both the above documents to be submitted by 15th April of the year)


Transfer Certificate:

  1. Inter-State Transfers: – TC countersigned by the appropriate State Government authority.
  2. International Transfers:- TC countersigned by the appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy/Consulate in the country concerned.
  3. 3. Provisional admissions will be granted till a proper Transfer Certificate,duly signed and stamped by the appropriate authority is submitted.
  4. Failure to do so within the given timeline may lead to cancellation of the admissions.


No admissions will be considered complete unless all the requirements are fully met.

Refund, if any, will be in accordance to the Refund Policy of Blue Ridge Educational Institute.
